1.1 Equipment installation and debugging:
After the equipment arrives at the place designated by the customer, our company will arrange personnel to go to the site for installation, debugging and training, and invite users to accept it.
1.2 Training:
After the contract comes into effect, the customer can send one or two personnel to our customer training center in Dongguan, Guangdong or Taizhou, Zhejiang for two weeks. The training content is mainly machine tool operation, programming and basic machine tool maintenance.
1.3 Quality Assurance and After-sales Service
1.3.1 The equipment has strict quality control in the production process of our company, and it must also undergo strict quality inspection before leaving the factory.
1.3.2 The warranty period is 12 months. For failures caused by man-made reasons during the warranty period, only parts fees are charged.
1.3.3 After the warranty period expires, the equipment maintenance service charges shall be clearly priced.
1.3.4 Provide free technical consultation during the use of the equipment and assist in solving difficult matters in the process.
