Main features of middle wire:
"Closed-loop servo WEDM with slow wire structure" is the fourth generation product of Hanqi's WEDM series, which combines the design concept of wire cut machine tool. The movement accuracy, wire conveying accuracy and water filtration accuracy of the machine tool have reached the accuracy standard of wire cut. Then it is equipped with a high-stability CNC power supply independently developed by Hanqi. Make the workpieces processed by it completely comparable to those of wire cut.
◆ Machine body part-The machine tool is made of high-quality resin sand castings. The machine body adopts a zigzag structure, and the workbench will not move out of the machine body base when moving in the left and right direction, which greatly increases the rigidity of the machine tool.
Precision of machine tool-It adopts imported high-precision linear guide rail and ball screw and is directly connected with Japanese Panasonic AC servo motor, which solves the error caused by the traditional step-by-step drive of machine tool, makes it completely consistent with the precision of wire cut machine tool, and greatly improves the service life of machine tool.
◆ Wire conveying system-The wire conveying tube adopts all imported linear guide rails, which makes the wire conveying tube run smoothly and with high precision. Two-way automatic wire tightening device is adopted to solve the problem of single-side wire loosening.
◆U and V-axis devices-The U and V-axes are connected with the fuselage by all imported linear guide rails, which greatly enhances the rigidity of the U and V-axes and makes the upper capstan get strong stability.
◆ Eye mask device-The eye mask adopts automatic lifting device with wire cut structure to prevent molybdenum wire from shaking again. It is close to the surface of the workpiece to the maximum extent, which lays the foundation for realizing infinite discharge machining.
◆ Numerical control power supply-It adopts graphic driving software and XP operating system, which makes the operation easier to understand, which makes other traditional software incomparable. It adopts advanced discharge control technology, which has many characteristics, such as fast cutting and repairing speed, high smoothness and so on.
◆ Filtration system-wire cut structure filtration system is adopted, featuring high filtration accuracy and long service life of water.
◆ Lubrication system-The machine tool adopts an automatic lubrication device, which realizes lubrication of all linear guides and screw rods of the machine tool without manual intervention. At the same time, the machine tool has an oil recovery mechanism, so that waste oil will not flow to the ground, ensuring the cleanliness of the processing area. The machine tool ensures the stability of the equipment, and Panasonic closed-loop servo direct motor drive (gear drive for stepping wire cutting) automatically detects feedback compensation to ensure the long-term accuracy of the equipment.
