Usage and precautions:
1. The digital pressure switch in the middle of the control box shows the vacuum degree, and the red indicator light indicates stop, and the green indicator light indicates start. The following knob switch is divided into automatic and manual modes. Usually, when in use, it is ok to turn the start to automatic, and the workpiece is directly controlled by the manual valve switch on the suction cup.
2. When processing, first seal the white silicone rubber strip in the square groove of the suction cup, which is generally slightly smaller than the workpiece. The workpiece is placed on it, and the silicone rubber strip can be recycled.
3. Automatic pressure-holding vacuum sucker. There are multiple air suction holes on the workbench. You can open several air suction holes at the same time, or you can select one of them to use and block the others.
4. When a large amount of cutting fluid is inhaled during the processing of the automatic pressure-maintaining vacuum chuck, there is a drainage hole at the bottom of the black gas storage tank of the control box, which can discharge the cutting fluid inside, and the filter connected with it can also discharge the cutting chips that enter the chuck through the air holes of the chuck.
5. When the vacuum sucker is not used for a long time, turn off the power supply above the control box, and apply antirust oil on the surface of the sucker.
